Check-in is at 4 pm at the Kahuna Laguna Entrance. We will process balances due at this time. Doors close at 9 pm. If you will arrive later than 9 pm, please let us know in advance. Go to the entrance and ring the bell at the Main Entrance door.

There is someone on-site 24/7, all hours, for assistance.

Check-out is at 11 am. We do offer luggage storage if you are using the water park for the day. We do not offer breakfast, but our lunch at the White Mountain Pizzeria inside the water park opens at 12 pm. Any smoking or damage to the room will incur a minimum $250.00 fee.

Pets are allowed in some of our rooms. We limit it to two pets with a total combined maximum weight of 100 pounds. We clean after every Pet, so there is a one-time Pet-Fee of $25. Penalties for sneaking in pets is $250.00. Pets that make noise will be asked to leave. Pets are not allowed at the public pools or public areas unless laws allow.

Guests of the Birchmont Townhouses can use the Kahuna Outdoor Pool free of charge. The Outdoor pool is not heated. It is open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day (Indigenous People’s Day). There is also a small playground that is available for guests. There is someone on-site 24/7, all hours, for assistance.

Guest must be 21 to rent our room. Credit Cards are required to hold the rooms. You may cancel without penalty at 12PM ET 48 hours prior to arrival (so if you are due to arrive on Wednesday, you must cancel by Monday noon). Cancellations or no-shows after this date will incur the first-night charge. We may take the first night as a deposit and charge the remainder at check-in. This policy applies also to Early Departures. You must let us know if you will be departing early by noon 2 day prior to departure to avoid an extra night charge.
